2. Eligibility

You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your orders at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred, including any applicable taxes. Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on the Site or App. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

6. Order Process

To place an order, you must select the desired Services and provide any necessary instructions or preferences through the Site or App. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or notification summarizing the details of your order. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

7. Pickup and Delivery

Nomad Clean offers pickup and delivery services for your laundry and dry cleaning items. Pickup and delivery times will be scheduled through the Site or App. You are responsible for ensuring that your items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time and location. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your cleaned items at the scheduled delivery time, but we do not guarantee specific delivery times.

8. Care of Garments and Limitation of Liability

We are committed to providing high-quality Services and will take care of your garments according to the care instructions provided. However, we are not responsible for damage to garments caused by the following:

  • Failure to provide proper care instructions.
  • Pre-existing conditions or defects in the garment.
  • Items left in pockets or attached to garments (e.g., pens, paper, money).
  • Normal wear and tear, including color fading, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nomad Clean, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) your access to or use of the Site, App, or Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or privacy right; or (iv) any dispute or issue between you and any third party.
