Account Deletion Policy

We respect your right to manage your personal data and understand that you may wish to delete your account. If you would like to delete your Nomad Clean account and all associated personal information, you can make a request by contacting us via email.

How to Request Account Deletion:

To initiate the deletion of your account, please send an email to our support team at info@nomadclean.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” Please include the following information in your email to help us verify your identity and process your request:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your Nomad Clean account
  • Your reason for account deletion (optional)

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your account and remove all associated personal information, except where we are required to retain data for legal or regulatory reasons. This includes information related to any past orders, payment history, and delivery records.

Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account or retrieve any previous orders or personal data. Please note that some information may be retained in backups for a limited period but will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
